All MobilesandStabiles products are handmade in our Dallas, TX studio. In stock products ship in 3-5 business days. We do our best to keep items in stock and ready to ship, however, we do have some styles that are made to order and those can take up to 5 – 7 business days.
We are happy to ship Internationally – simply email us at hello@circleandline.com and provide a link to the desired product as well as the exact destination address. Please note, recipients of orders outside of the US are responsible for import duties and taxes upon package arrival. International transit times are not guaranteed. not responsible for any customs fees or delays from destination country.
We hope you love your MobilesandStabiles pieces! Because each piece is handmade using natural materials, some variance occurs and is meant to be embraced. But if something isn’t quite right, let us know and let’s solve it together.

If your purchase doesn’t work out, we’re glad to help you with a return or exchange. Returns for a refund must be authorized within one week of receipt. Once the return label is generated we require receipt of the item within two weeks. If your item is damaged on arrival, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the piece and box.
We are a small studio and many of the pieces are made to order. We kindly ask that you take the time to rewrap your returns carefully, as all products must be returned in original condition and with all original packaging. Any items returned damaged due to mishandling or not using original packaging materials will have a restocking fee up to 20% of the original price. If the piece is returned irrevocably damaged, the return will not be accepted.
Exchanges are valid for 30 days upon receipt. All exchanges must be in original condition, otherwise the exchange will not be accepted.
Please note on all returns the purchaser is responsible for shipping fees. Please email hello@MobilesandStabiles.com to initiate a return.

All of our sales transactions go through a third party that is SSL encrypted to guarantee that your payment information is protected. We do not store card information.
Orders shipped within Texas will have an 8.25% sales tax applied to the order.
We respect your right to privacy. We collect only the information necessary for us to complete your order, ensure deliveries to you, or to contact you regarding the status of your order. Your name and personal information will only be available to MobilesandStabiles and it will not be shared with a third party. You will always have the right to request MobilesandStabiles to delete or correct the information held about you.
